Unified Dating Limited (“We") are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. We facilitate a platform for events for people that are single. Users can book onto Events with independent Hosts who organise events (“Services”), and Unified Dating also organises Events itself (all such events being “Events")
This policy together with the Privacy and Cookie Policies on any site that hosts our sub domain, payment portal or video conferencing sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us and/or our host. We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our website visitors and service users. Please read the following carefully to understand our practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.

This is information about you that you give us by filling in forms on our site: https://www.unifieddating.com (our site) or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise and when making an event booking via our ticket booking sub domain on Eventbrite: http://unfieddating.eventbrite.com (our web portal) and/or accessing our online events that take place via Zoom: https://zoom.us/ (our online video conferencing); paying for subscriptions and payments via our payment portal Zoho: https://www.zoho.com/subscriptions/ and Stripe for online credit cards payment processing: https://www.stripe.com/; It includes information you provide when you register to use our site, subscribe to our Services, make a booking through our web portal, attend an online event, participate in discussion boards or other social media functions on our site, correspond with us and when you report a problem with our site. The information you give us may include your name, address, e-mail address and phone number, photograph, occupation.
Information we collect about you. With regard to each of your visits to our site we will automatically collect the following information:
technical information, including the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, your login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform;

Our ticket booking sub domain on Eventbrite: http://unifieddating.eventbrite.com is hosted by Eventbrite on servers that are located in the United States of America. This means that their processing of your personal data will involve a transfer of data outside of the European Economic Area and you should check Eventbrite’s own terms and privacy policy: https://www.eventbrite.com/l/LegalTerms/ in such regard and ensure you consent to such transfer. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Retention and deletion of Data

If you are using our Services as a user, your Personal Data will be deleted within twelve months of you closing your account.
If you are using our Services as an Events Organiser and Host, we will store your Personal Data for up to two years from the date your appointment ends. If there has been no activity during this period, your Personal Data will be deleted.
Where you have consented to receive marketing communications from us, we will continue to process your Personal Data for marketing purposes until you opt out or withdraw your consent.
Notwithstanding the other provisions of this section, we may retain your Personal Data where such retention is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person.
